This varied rural ride starts with a meander from the parking spot in the village of Old Manotick through some new suburban streets. From there, it is all country roads, passing through several attractive villages, including Kars and North Gower. There is a riverside picnic and beach option at the Baxter Conservation Area, and food options in North Gower as well as multiple great choices in Manotick itself.
